- Quiet Hours: To maintain the peace and tranquility of the wilderness, amplified music or loud disturbances are strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM.
3. Wildlife & Safari Guidelines
- Wild Animals: Jawai is an open, natural wilderness habitat home to wild leopards, crocodiles, and other fauna. Guests must strictly follow all safety briefings and guide instructions during safaris and on property grounds.
- Guest Risk: Participating in outdoor safaris, nature walks, and wilderness activities carries inherent natural risks. Vanya Bagh Jawai assumes no liability for injuries, loss, or accidents resulting from non-compliance with staff instructions or unpredictable animal behavior.
- Drone Usage: Operating unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) on resort premises or during safaris is prohibited without explicit prior written authorization from resort management and local forest authorities.
4. Tariff & Payment Terms
- All rates quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable government taxes (GST).
- Rates are subject to change without notice prior to booking confirmation; confirmed reservations will be honored at the agreed price.
- Any incidental charges (extra meals, laundry, private transfers) must be settled in full prior to departure.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Vanya Bagh Jawai is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, valuables, or vehicles during your stay. Safe deposit boxes or assistance should be requested via the front desk.
- We accept no responsibility for delays, cancellations, or inconvenience caused by force majeure events, severe weather, regional strikes, or road closures.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with your stay or website usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pali / Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
